Sew With Vision

Our fabric is priced and sold in ¼ metre increments. Pieces will be one continuous cut unless otherwise directed.

Refunds are available for many products. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition, in the original packaging, with the original receipt. Fabric is not available for refund as it is cut at the time of purchase. Returns will be processed once items have been received and evaluated. Shipping fees are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

We offer sewing machine, embroidery machine and serger servicing and repair through Bridgewater Sewing Centre.

When preparing your machine for servicing make sure to bring the foot pedal, power cord, a bobbin, presser foot, needle, and any necessary accessories that is related to the issue. For embroidery machines please include one hoop and the embroidery foot. A sample swatch of stitching for any issues is also helpful, but not necessary.

Bridgewater Sewing Centre picks up machines from Sew With Vision every Thursday, and returns the machines the following Thursday, unless additional time is needed for repair, ordering parts, etc.

We are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and will apply all relevant tax at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will send an email once orders are prepared for shipping with tracking numbers, where appropriate.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. International shipping is available.

Sew With Vision is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping. We will not replace lost or damaged items. It is the customer's responsibility to recoup losses from the shipper. We will assist you where possible to recoup those losses. Please email us at support@sewwithvision.ca with concerns or questions.

CANADA
Free shipping is available in Canada on orders over $175. Orders under $175 has flat rate shipping of $15. Overweight, oversized, or shipments to remote areas may be subject to an additional surcharge.

Local orders can be picked up at the store at 480 Parkland Drive, Halifax, NS.

USA
Free shipping is available to the USA on orders over $200. Orders under $200 has flat rate shipping of $20. Overweight, oversized, or shipments to remote areas may be subject to an additional surcharge.

Customs and duty fees are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer.
