Machine Servicing & Repairs

In partnership with Bridgewater Sewing Centre

Sew With Vision is a PFAFF, Husqvarna Viking and Singer dealer and Bridgwater Sewing Centre is fully certified for these brands. For other brands, general service and maintenance can be provided, however if parts are needed for a repair, this may require going to a dealer for that brand. You are welcome to call or email us if you have any questions about your machine before you bring it in. support@sewwithvision.ca or 902-479-2227

For Embroidery Machines - also include the embroidery arm, the smallest hoop size you have, and the foot that you use to embroider.

For Sergers - also include cones of thread if you have them, especially if you want it to come back threaded!

My machine is really old! Can it be serviced?

Yes! Neil from Bridgewater Sewing Centre has seen it all! We get lots of questions about whether we service Kenmore and White brands... we do!

What if my machine is checked out but not repairable? What is the charge?

There is no charge! It's unfortunate when a machine can't be fixed, but one nice thing is that you won't be saddled with a bill.

Can I talk to the service technician before deciding to bring my machine in?

Yes! You can contact Neil Milheron at Bridgewater Sewing Centre: 902-543-8593 or info@bridgewatersewingcentre.com
