Designer Mel Armstrong was born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, but spent most of her adult life in Australia. Mel's art style is often characterized by a blend of whimsical elements and her love for the natural world. Mel draws inspiration from fairy tales, childhood memories, dreams, the funny stories her kids tell her, as well as the flora and fauna that surround her.
